L. Janet Hankins age 97, of Mantua passed away Monday, February 12th, 2018 in Sewell. Janet was a graduate of Woodbury High school class of 1938. She was employed with Struthers-Dunn as an Inspector First Class for 30 years after previously working with the lunch program and Mantua School system. She enjoyed spending her time with friends and family.
Janet is survived by her son Ronald Hankins, her grandchildren Robin (Ed) Bowman, and Christopher Hankins, and great grandchildren Emily, Kaitlin, and Zachary. Also survived by siblings Nancy Pierson and Doris Lutz. Predeceased by her husband Arthur, and her siblings Howard Williams, Barbara Sully, Leon Williams.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday, February 16th, 2018 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 16th, 2018 at Smith Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, NJ 08020.
