Obituary for Faye R. Miller (Remaley)

Faye R. Miller age 92, of Deptford Twp. passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017. Born in Summit Hill, PA she retired from Woodbury Heights Elementary School where she worked as their secretary. Faye was a longtime member of the 1st United Methodist Church in Westville and was active with their United Methodist Women's group.

Wife of the late Warren C. Miller, she was the devoted mother of Joyce A. Hoy (Jack) of Havre DeGrace, MD, Sandra F. Smith of Millville, NJ and Pamela G. Chuba (Michael) of Wrightstown, NJ. Loving grandmother to Susan Hoy, Tim Hoy (Liz), Eric Hoy (Kathy), Allison Adler (Steve), Erin Homiak (Jake), Stacey Gordaychik (Brian), Kimberley Summer (Adam), Danielle Kelley (Daniel), 7 great grandchildren and 1 on the way, sister, Muriel R. Riddle, and several nieces and nephews. Faye was predeceased by her son-in-law Donald Smith and brother-in-law Harry Riddle.

Faye enjoyed going camping in the Adirondacks with her husband, Warren and their girls. After their children were grown they enjoyed traveling to Europe, Alaska, and parts of the US. They also enjoyed their time at Whitehouse Beach on Indian River in Lower Delaware, crabbing and boating.

Family and Friends may visit from 10 am to 11 am on Tuesday, January 2nd, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ where funeral services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday. Interment will follow at Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Monroe Township, NJ.
