Anna E. Schaubeck passed away peacefully on May 29, 2016 at age 90 surrounded by love and prayers. Anna was a loving person, enjoyed working outdoors. You would find her pushing or riding her lawn mower and taking care of her flowers. She was a devoted parishioner of Church of the Incarnation in Mantua, NJ. She belonged to the Altar and Rosary Society. Anna and her mother, for over thirty years, baked apple cake for the Christmas Bazaar, later called Harvest Bazaar. Anna worked for NJ Bell Telephone, Bell Atlantic, now known as Verizon, and was an active member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She was a kind, thoughtful and generous person, always ready to give a helping hand for her fellow Pioneers. She is survived by brother Paul, Sister-In-Law Constance and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Family and Friends are invited to visit from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051 and Friday, June 3, 2016 from 9:45 am to 10:45 am at Church Of The Incarnation 240 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am.Burial to follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery in Bellmawr, NJ.
