Matt, thinking of you with deepest sympathy. I know your heart is breaking. You have a lot of good memories with mom to treasure.

Our Mother had a heart of gold! If someone needed her, she would be there. If she had something someone needed, she would give it to them. She seemed to put everyone's needs ahead of her own. Even in her recent days, dealing with dementia, when her mind wasn't what it used to be, I'd offer her a banana, and she would say "You get some." If a resident at the nursing home needed a blanket, she would see that they got one. I hope she is now at peace knowing she gave, helped, cared for all she could while here with us.

What an amazing woman Terri was! I will always remember my time working with her and getting to know her and the family years later. Kind, caring, and compassionate are only a few words that described her personality. Her very attentive nature that she showed to her family, friends, animals and the residents she cared for will live on even now in heaven. I hope that brings peace to all who knew and loved her.
