John J  Spadaro Jr.
John J. Spadaro Jr. age 78, of Sewell "Washington Twp." passed away on Monday, July 11, 2016 at home. Born in Philadelphia, he served in the Marines, and married his wife Carmella in 1962. John currently worked as the National Director for United Industrial Workers, which is an affiliate of the Seafarers International Union. He was a hard worker, enjoyed old movies, music, shows, going to the casinos, trips to ShopRite, and watching sports, especially baseball & hockey. John was an avid Phillies Fan. Most of all he loved his family, friends, and adored his grandchildren.

John is survived by his wife Carmella J. (nee Bisconte), his children, John Mario Spadaro of Mantua, and Marie A. Raio & her husband Ronald of Sewell, three grandchildren, Ronald, Nicholas, and Isabella, his four brothers, Frank, Robert & his wife Josephine, Raymond, and Joseph & his wife Carmel, also survived by many, many nieces, nephews and godchildren.

Family & friends may visit from 9 to 11 AM on Friday, July 15th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua. A funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 AM in Church of the Incarnation, 240 Main Street, Mantua. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Chews Landing. As an expression of sympathy, contributions can be made to the Autism Foundation of NJ, 500 Horizon Drive, Suite 530, Robbinsville, NJ 08691 and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, P.O.
