Obituary for Raymond T. Owens Jr.

Raymond T. Owens Jr. age 91, of Mantua passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2016. Born in Philadelphia, he served in the US Army during WWII. He retired from Forway Industries where he worked as a Sheet Metal Worker. Ray was enjoyed reading, camping, gardening, Philadelphia Sports and western television shows.

Husband of the late Mary E. Owens (nee Chance), he is survived by his children; Priscilla Schools of Mullica Hill, Mary Karwacki, of Washington Twp., Diane Nicolosi of Mantua, John Owens of FL, Irene Thomas of Pitman, and Gerri Owens Pitman.

Family& friends may visit from 10 to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 10th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where a funeral service will be held at 11 AM. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Hurffville.
