Obituary for Ruth D "Nan" Roberts

Ruth D. Roberts age 85, of Wenonah passed away, Sunday, October 30th, 2016. She was a devoted mother and best friend to her daughter Patricia Franchi, beloved "Nan" to her granddaughter Helena Franchi (Alex Stone) and loving mother-in-law to Vincent Franchi. Ruth was born in Philadelphia to Clarence E. Roberts and Ruth R. Remenschneider, she was the dear sister to the late James E. Roberts. She moved to Oak Valley in 1965 and joined St. Margaret Parish (Infant Jesus Parish). Ruth was quick to laugh and loved a good joke, she was thoughtful, helpful and always hopeful and unselfish with her time. She patiently endured great physical pain, but passed away peacefully with her family by her side.

Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday, November 19th, 2016 at Infant Jesus Parish At St. Margaret's Church 845 Third Street Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097. A Memorial Mass follow at 10:00 am.
