Oliver G. "Bud"  Rose Jr.
Oliver G. "Bud" Rose, Jr. age 79, of Wenonah passed away at home Wednesday, December 28, 2016. Bud was a 1955 graduate of Woodbury High School and a US Navy Veteran. He was active with the Wenonah Historical Society, Gloucester County Historical Society and the Memorial Presbyterian Church. Bud was an avid computer guy, loved tending to his gardens and enjoyed the company and support of family, neighbors and friends. Bud is survived by his children Doug (Jessica) Rose and Beth (Roger) Rose-Kearns all of Wenonah, granddaughter Olivia Kearns and sister Ruth Cundey. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 54 years, Betty (nee Holmstrom) and sisters Dorothea Kell and Mildred Brown. Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:30 am to 11:00 am on Monday, January 2, 2017 at Memorial Presbyterian Church Of Wenonah 202 E. Mantua Ave. Wenonah, NJ 08090. Memorial Services at 11:00 am followed by lunch. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Save Our Stained Glass c/o Memorial Presbyterian Church of Wenonah 202 E. Mantua Avenue Wenonah, NJ 08090 (Wenonahpc.org).
