Billy will always be in my heart. I Loved him very much, and I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He was my very best friend, more than that, like my brother. Our relationship continued to deepen over the 43 years that we kept it going.I will miss him dearly.

I pray to God that each one of you will receive comfort as you mourn the passing of this most wonderful soul.
