I am shocked and sadden to hear of Tom's loss. He was a unique personality as our local weatherman in Portland ME. I looked forward to seeing him everyday on the newscasts and loved his engaging personality, great smile and sense of humor. He was so good and such a knowledgeable professionable. I am heartbroken that somehow the darkness of dispair took him out of this world when he had so much more to offer. My condolences to his family and many friends. I know he will be long remembered. May God bless him and may he Rest In Peace.

Like so many of the other notes I have read, I was so shocked and saddened to learn of Tom's death. I can only Imagine what pain he must have finally surrendered to. And I wish he realized there were so many friends he could have reached out to. I will miss his weather reports on channel 6 in Portland but more than that I will miss all that he could have been. He was such a talented person. I know he is in a better place where there is no pain and I am grateful for that. Rest easy Tom. We will miss you and we will not forget you.

My heart is broken. May God be with your children and family and friends during this difficult time. Your smile was contagious and lit up a room. May you rest in peace. ❤

As so many others have said, Tom was a member of our family and we loved having him in our living room every time he was on screen. His death hit me surprisingly hard, as would a member of my own. His darkness was so private, and his departure from this earth allows us to share his darkness too. Rest in Peace, Tom. Look down on us and feel the love we all have for you. Godspeed.

I don't have the words to express what I have been feeling since finding out that we won't be able to talk anymore. I can't imagine what Jean (Mrs.J) , Kenny, Dineen and family are going through during this time.Tom and I shared a lot of great memories together that I will never forget. From sharing a limo to both Jr. and Sr. proms. Going down to the shore and staying at grandmom's house looking for girls on the boardwalk. Tom was the one who would approach them and break the ice with his great personality. It is no wonder he had many fans and how his personality impacted the community. Tom was always competitive as was the whole group of us (Bexhill Boys) which made for some great pick up football and hockey games. I will never forget all the times at Sparkles, the same song was played as the last song of the night at the under 18 dance. Always and Forever. I will remember our memories we shared "Always and Forever" Love you Tombone. RIP

Tom we invited you into our homes every evening. We loved you laughter and smile. You are already greatly missed. As I read about your memorial services I was happy to know that you will be resting in Clarksboro. I grew up in East Greenwich and know that I will come home for visits from Maine and will stop by and check up on you. you will not be alone as I have many friends and family resting with you. It is a beautiful place. R.I.P. God Bless you.
