Obituary for Robert J. Dougherty

Robert J.  Dougherty
Robert J. Dougherty age 68, of Mantua passed away Tuesday, May 2nd, 2017. Robert was a proud veteran of the United States Marines and served during the Vietnam War. He was employed for many years with US-Air and lately with Harrison Township School District working as a Custodian. "Doc" as known by most enjoyed playing golf and spending time with family.
Robert is survived by his son Christopher Dougherty, a brother, Joseph "Pat" Dougherty and his wife Dawn, by his nieces and nephews as well as his friend Anne O'Connell. Predeceased by sisters Rita Callahan, Mary McSorley, Anne Johnson and Dolores Stapelton, also predeceased by his former wife Ann McDevitt Dougherty.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:30 am to 10:45 am on Monday, May 8th, 2017 at Church Of The Incarnation 240 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, with inurnment to follow at Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery in Monroe Township, NJ 08094.
