Ruby A. Richardson age 90, of "Oak Valley", Deptford Twp. passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017. Born in Williamstown, PA to the late Harry Hand and Bessie (nee Willard), Ruby had been a resident of Oak Valley since 1956. She retired from Columbia Records in Pitman, and in her spare time she enjoyed bird watching and crocheting. Ruby was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church in Woodbury. She loved her family and adored her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Wife of the late Vincent J. Richardson, she is survived by her children, Pat Calloway (Henry) of Williamstown, Linda Baldwin (Ken) of Pitman, Joanne Bartling (Harry) of Washington Twp. and Jean Haynes of Oak Valley; grandchildren, David (Denise), Robin (Ron), Ken Jr., Missy (Jake), Kelly (John), Pete (Nancy), Brian (Jenn) and Tiffany (Walter); great grandchildren, David, Clifford, Sydney, Ethan, Kenneth III, Paige, Mason, Delaney, Lyla and Grayson. Ruby was predeceased by her siblings, Jake, Charles, Elva, Edith and James Marlin Hand.

Family and Friends may visit from 9:30 am to 11 am on Friday, August 11th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where a funeral service will be held at 11.
