Veronica M. Doody age 64, of Sewell passed away Sunday, October 29th, 2017. Veronica was a dedicated employee at South Jersey Heart Group for over 20 years. She graduated from the St. Maria Goretti High school in 1971 and the Manor College class of 1988. Affectionately known "Ronnie" she loved to spend time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Veronica is survived by her loving husband Robert Doody, Sr., her children Robert Doody, Jr. (Esther) and Kathleen Gagliardi (Francis). Her grandchildren Embry, Travis & Colby Doody, Nina, Lucia & Nazareno Gagliardi. Sisters Maryanne Solicondro, Margaret Gilbert (Kyran) and Elizabeth DeAngelis and sister-in-law Frances Ferris. Predeceased by brother Walter Ferris.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051 and Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 9:45 am to 10:45 am at Church of The Incarnation 240 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Church of The Incarnation 240 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051, with burial to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Woolwich Twp., NJ 08085.
