Madalyn A Reagan, age 68 of West Deptford passed away on Tuesday, July 20th, 2010, after a courageous four year battle with lung cancer. Born in Philadelphia, she had been a resident of West Deptford since 1969. Madalyn was a teacher at St. Jude Regional School in Blackwood. She was an avid gardener and volunteered at Longwood Gardens. She also served as a lector and Eucharistic Minister at St. Margaret’s Church in Woodbury Heights. Madalyn enjoyed traveling and going to the shore, especially going to Newport, RI with her family. Wife of Robert T. Reagan Jr. “Bud”, she is survived by her children, Robert T. Reagan III of N. Wildwood, Beth Ann Mangigian and her husband Daniel of Woolwich Twp., Stephen Reagan and his wife Charity of Williamstown, Jonathan Reagan of West Deptford, her grandchildren, Daniel Mangigian and Bryan & Victoria Reagan. Madalyn was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters. Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 7-9 PM on Fri. and 8-9:15 AM on Sat. at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Mantua NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 AM at Holy Angels Parish at St. Patrick’s RC Church, 64 Cooper St., Woodbury NJ. Cremation will be private.
