Margaret Theresa  Morse (Kennedy)
Margaret T. Morse, nee Kennedy, age 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 28, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, she was a 1952 graduate of Paulsboro High School. Margaret and her husband, Donald, married in 1956 and raised 5 children in their Sewell home. She had been a resident of Mantua Twp. for over 50 years making history as the designer of the official Mantua Township Seal. Margaret also worked as an Avon lady and was a former Teacher's Aide at Rocking Horse Ranch Nursery School. She was a former Cub Scout Den Mother, member of Mantua Township Historical Commission, Democrat Club, Board of Elections, Mantua Township Seniors, Outcast Yacht Club, and Red Hat Society. Margaret was also a member of the Church of the Incarnation where she served on the Altar and Rosary Society.

Wife of the late Donald G. Morse, she is survived by her children, Robert Morse (Patricia), Michael Morse (Mary Elton), Patricia McCreery (Thomas), Jacquelyn Morse (Scott Palmer), Donald Morse (Jaclynn); grandchildren, Matthew, Meghan, Jeffrey, Christine, Joseph, Shannon, James, Kimberly (Aidan Bach), John, and Patrick; and a great grandchild on the way, Harley.

Family & Friends may visit from 6 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday, May 2nd, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, and 9:30 am to 10:45 am on Wednesday, May 3rd, at Church Of The Incarnation, 240 Main Street, Mantua, NJ. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 am on Wednesday at Church of the Incarnation. Burial will follow at Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery, Monroe Twp., NJ. As an expression of sympathy, contributions can be made to the charity of donor's choice. Memories & condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com
