Obituary for Carl Mark Heimerl
Carl Mark Heimerl age 63, of Mantua Township "Sewell" passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016 at home. Born in Audubon, he was a son of Joseph Heimerl and Annie (nee Teears). Carl was a graduate of Gloucester City High School Class of 1972, and retired from the Philadelphia Carpenters Union Local 1050 & Drywall Finishers Union Local 1955. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, music and was a practical joker. Most of all he loved his family and adored his granddaughter.
He is survived by his wife Marilyn (nee Campise), his children: Craig Heimerl, Keith Heimerl, Julia Heimerl & fiance Paul Vennell, all of Sewell, his granddaughter, Mia Heimerl. Also survived by his mother Annie Heimerl, his brothers: Frank, Mark (Phyllis) Heimerl, of Gloucester City, and his sisters: Claire Lorraine of Woodbury Heights, & JoAnne Heimerl of Gloucester City.
Family & friends may visit from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday, August 3rd at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, and 9:45 to 10:45 AM Thursday, August 4th at Church of the Incarnation, 240 Main Street, Mantua where a funeral Mass will follow at 11 AM. Interment will be private. Memories & condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com
