Jeff was/is my best friend. The love I have for Jeff, and his wife Cecy, can't be put into words. I cannot imagine a life without Jeff (or Cecy) in it. They both have been my rock and best friend for as long as I can remember. LOVE, LOVE to Jeff, Cecy, Cecelia and his family.
