Barbara E. Delaney (English) age 81, of Mantua passed away Friday, February 17, 2017 in Sewell. Barbara was a graduate of Glen Nor High School class of 1953, she formerly worked as an X-ray technician at Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park, PA, had been employed with Gloucester County Special Services as a Teacher Aid and worked as a crossing guard in Mantua Township. Barbara enjoyed spending time with the Red Hat Society, and volunteered at Underwood Memorial Hospital. Barbara is survived by her children William P. Delaney (Lynn), Brenda Williams (Billy), and Barbie Sue McCrane (Ian). Her grandchildren Kristian Delaney, Alex Delaney, Christina Biederman, Amanda McKinney, Sarah Hewitt, Billy Williams III, Jason Williams, Craig Williams, Hannah McCrane, Meghan McCrane, and Abigail McCrane. Great grand children, Aiden Biederman, Bailey Biederman, Gracie Williams, Brent Williams, Jason Williams Jr., Samantha McKinney, Aaron McKinney, and Kaiden North. She was predeceased by her husband William, daughter Bonnie, and grandson Jason WIlliams.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, February 21st, 2017 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday. Interment to be private. Donations in her memory can be made to Bright Focus Foundation 22512 Gateway Center Drive Clarksburg, MD 20871.
