Bill at Brandywine

Dear Bill's family:

I'm sorry to hear of your loss and wanted to make sure you knew that those of us who worked with Bill were shocked and saddened to learn of his passing.  Bill and I started at Brandywine around the same time and went through orientation together.  We shared a bit of an inside joke because for a few weeks at the beginning, I kept mistakenly calling him Tom.  He was such a good sport about it and would always laugh about it.  I also often spoke with him about his daughters because I have 3 girls myself.  It was so evident in these conversations that he loved his daughters tremendously and was very proud of you.  Please accept my sincere condolences.
