Old Colony District
We are very sad to hear the news of Frank's passing. His dedication to the youth of Old Colony District will not be forgotten. Frank lived his life by the scout oath and law and took his Eagle Scout pledge seriously. It will take a long while for us to adjust to you not being around. Soar as Eagles Soar our friend. We know you will continue to guide us on the right trail. A big thumbs up!
